Welcome Bethany and Talia!
We’re excited to introduce two incredible individuals who have recently joined the Willamette Health Council team: Talia Seabold, our new Senior Executive Assistant and Board Administrator, and Bethany Wilt, the new Community Advisory Council Manager.
Meet Talia Seabold
Talia joined WHC in September 2024 as the Senior Executive Assistant, providing vital support to our Executive Director and Deputy Director while also serving as the administrator for the WHC Board of Directors.
A Bit About Talia:
Talia brings a wealth of experience to her new role, including prior work as an Executive Assistant for a Chief Medical Officer and a Financial Advisor. A Salem native and the youngest of five sisters, Talia is thrilled to be back in the healthcare field, learning more about WHC’s impactful work, and connecting with our community partners.
What Talia Loves Outside of Work:
Talia enjoys family gatherings, cheering at her 12-year-old son’s football games, and attending concerts.
Quote:
“I am so excited to be a part of the WHC team and contribute to improving health care services in the community.”
Meet Bethany Wilt
Beth joined WHC in October 2024 as the Community Advisory Council (CAC) Manager. She brings her passion for community connection and empowerment to this vital role, ensuring diverse voices are heard in shaping equitable healthcare initiatives.
A Bit About Bethany:
Beth’s journey began in rural Virginia before she moved to Oregon with her family to help on a farm in Marion County. Her background includes years in the service industry, nonprofit work, and most recently, her role at North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity, where she supported community outreach and advocacy. Beth is driven to ensure the CAC reflects and supports our diverse community while lowering barriers for participation.
What Bethany Loves Outside of Work:
When she’s not working, Beth enjoys reading, writing, crafting, and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs. Her adventurous palate has led her to try everything from snapping turtle to fried grasshoppers!
Bethany’s Daily Mantra:
“It’s a great day to have a great day!” – mostly said obnoxiously loud while dropping her daughter off at school; resulting in major eye rolls.
We are thrilled to have Talia and Bethany join the WHC family. Their unique skills and perspectives will be invaluable in advancing our mission to foster a healthy, equitable community. Welcome aboard, Talia and Bethany!
