Prior Experience: Laura has a Bachelor’s in Education and a diverse career in the education field. She’s taught students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, and also worked as a Business Liaison in a Career Technical School, helping students connect with real-world career opportunities.

Role & Goals: In her new role as System of Care Coordinator, Laura is passionate about collaborating with the community to break down barriers faced by youth and families. Her goal is to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for all involved.

Fun Fact: Originally from Australia, Laura has called Oregon home for nearly 9 years. She originally came to Oregon to work at a summer camp, and fell in love with the mountains, so made the move across the other side of the world.

Outside of Work: Outside of work, she’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, often spending time hiking, camping, and exploring the stunning Pacific Northwest with her husband and their dog, Roo.
