Prior Experience: Cesar obtained his Bachelor’s in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University. His professional journey spans diverse roles within the CCO world and in the private sector including project management, community outreach and clinical work, provider relations, and quality assurance.  

Role & Goals: Cesar joined the Willamette Health Council at the close of 2023 and assumed the role of Traditional Health Worker (THW) Alliance Program Manager where he will focus on overseeing the development, launch, and on-going operations of the new THW Alliance for Marion-Polk. The Alliance will serve as a backbone entity working in service to the local THW workforce with a focus on community-based, culturally-specific efforts. 

Fun Fact: Cesar was part of a jazz club all through his youth and eventually self-taught himself how to play acoustic drums, which he enjoys playing to this day. 

Outside of Work: Cesar has many hobbies ranging from playing soccer, jamming out on his drums, riding his mountain bike, archery, bonfires on the Oregon Coast, and spending time with his family.
