  • PacificSource has worked collaboratively to contract with a comprehensive network of providers to serve members of the CCO in Marion County and Polk County.
  • Members can access a robust primary care network across the service area.
  • In addition to many hospitals and specialties available in the metro area and throughout the state, PacificSource has contracted with a complete network of in-area providers. Members will be able to access services from Kaiser, WVP Health Authority, Salem Health, Santiam Hospital, Salem Clinic, Childhood Health Associates of Salem, WFMC Health, and Yakima Valley Farm Workers, among others.
  • PacificSource has contracted with an array of behavioral health providers, including Marion County, Polk County, Bridgeway Recovery Services, Valley Mental Health, Northwest Human Services, and Options Counseling and Family Services
  • PacificSource has contracted with Capitol Dental, Advantage Dental, and ODS to provide dental services.
  • Members have access to every specialty type through a combination of direct contracts with providers and through a contract with WVP Health Authority.
