Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Redeterminations

 

OHP redeterminations (also known as “OHP renewals”) started on April 1, 2023. The Willamette Health Council—in partnership with the OHA Community Partner Outreach Program and the PacificSource Marion-Polk CCO—is supporting local redetermination efforts including:

  • Resourcing enrollment assistance in the Marion-Polk region; and
  • Helping to keep Marion-Polk CCO members, health care providers and other stakeholders informed.

 

OHP Enrollment Assistance

You can download an updated list of local, certified OHP enrollment assisters for Marion-Polk below. Assisters are available to help over the phone, in-person and via email. Their help is free.

To help people prepare for OHP redeterminations, please share the following message:

Change is coming to OHP. Renewals are starting soon. Take action to stay covered. ​

  • Step 1: Update your address so you can be reached with important information. You can do so by calling PacificSource Marion-Polk CCO Customer Service at 800-431-4135. You can also make updates in-person and online. More information is available here.
  • Step 2: Watch your mail over the coming months for a letter about your benefits. When it comes, do what it asks right away. ​

OHP Enrollment Assister Training & Certification

Organizations of all backgrounds can choose to have trained and certified OHP enrollment assisters. Training, certification, and on-going supports are available through the OHA Community Partner Outreach Program at no-cost. You can register for web-based training here.
