What We Do

The Clinical Advisory Panel (CAP) is a chartered committee of the Willamette Health Council. The purpose of the Clinical Advisory Panel is to advise the Willamette Health Council on best clinical practices. The Clinical Advisory Panel acts as a forum for provider perspectives, collaboration, and information exchange.

  • Provide recommendations to the Health Council Board on projects and health care transformation as it relates to clinical perspective.
  • Review Transformation Quality Strategy (TQS) projects from a clinical perspective, including evaluation plans.
  • Establish standards and goals for the local health care system in concert with the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

The Clinical Advisory Panel acts as a voice for healthcare providers in the region. Members of the Community Advisory Council attend monthly meetings and shall be appointed for a term of two years.
