Andrea has over 32 years of experience providing organizational support for various healthcare organizations including county government, managed care and nonprofits. She began her career in 1990 working for Marion County Health and Human Services in Adult Behavioral Health then transitioning to Children’s Behavioral Health. Andrea then worked for the Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network (MVBCN) in 2001 and retired in August 2020. After the MVBCN, Andrea came out of retirement to accept a position with the Willamette Health Council as their Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator and assisted with the organization’s start up before retiring (again) in August 2022In January 2023, Andrea returned to the Willamette Health Council as the WHC Partners Program CoordinatorAndrea was born in Seoul, Korea in 1970She was adopted by an American couple from Salem, Oregon who were stationed in Okinawa, Japan during the Vietnam warUpon her father’s discharge from the Army, Andrea returned with her family to Salem, Oregon. Andrea has lived in Salem and Bend; she graduated from South Salem High School. Andrea resides in Salem with her husband. She enjoys community volunteering opportunities and quality time spent with friends and family.
